Its a great gym with a family atmosphere and some of the best Coaches anywhere in the UK. Classes are suitable for complete beginners (who are never made to feel silly and always looked after) through to top level competitors. Its a very good place to learn Thai Boxing, get really fit and make friends!

Richard Smith has trained countless world champions, and him and his wife Lisa (also an ex world champion) really make the gym have a family feel to it! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to get fit and have fun, whether that is for self defense, health/fitness reasons or you're an aspiring fight!!! Best junior team in the UK and some of the best fighters in the world.
