She called out first garages and was charged £90 for the guy to undo the latch which took 5 seconds. I was disgusted. My mum is vulnerable and forgetful. This was extortionate for a call out charge and made me very angry. When in rung the guy up he was incredibly arrogant. When I said I would take it further he said '' bring it on!".
