I purchased a christmas hamper form this company as a present and was trying to confirm with them when they would deliver. They then told me that I had only paid enough for a different hamper, and couldnt have the one I had bought (or could pay extra to 'upgrade). This is despite the fact my receipt clearly stated which hamper I was entitled to recieve.
Their customer service was terrible from start to Finish. They avoided my emails, and purposely avoided my clear and fair questions. It was like they were trying to trick me into paying more. I would ask 'will i recieve the hamper as per my receipt?' and they would reply 'we can confirm you will recieve a hamper on wednesday'. Can you see the problem? They avoided the question every time.
Really disgusted by the way I was treated by this company and would reccomend to anyone to avoid them.
