The customer service they had given me was superb, these guys would go out of their way to help you. If there’s any problems with the house, one call to them and they’ll get it sorted as soon as possible.
Now a year later, (im not with big blue anymore) i had some issues with some bills at the old property in Burley park, and one of the guys (Asif) would go out of his way to still help me even now that i’m not renting from them anymore.
Thank you very much for a great customer service! Asif and the team, well done guys. You made my stay with you guys amazing!
