- Kate Walsh Review added: 2018.10.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Today I walked into costa coffee on the merrion centre in Leeds, I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, unfortunately badly needing the toilet and in a rush I politely asked the staff if I could use the lavatory but hadn’t on this occasion made a purchase. The answer was simply no, no consideration no nothing, great customer service, a great help to a heavily pregnant lady in difficulty, thank you very much . I will not be returning and actualy will never use Costa Coffee ever again!!
- Andrew Wallace Review added: 2018.06.17★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Sitting next to a loud slamming door which shakes the wall next to me made the visit very unpleasant. Not stocking macaroni cheese at 4pm and only the disabled toilet available for use added to the disappointment. Good cortado.
