I emailed Data-Systems with the intention of resolving a common issue for a laptop of my generation and received an email to suggest my problem could be resolved, as it had been fixed before. Upon arriving from the other side of leeds on my lunch break was told a charge would be made for opening my laptop with no guarantee of fixing it or the acquirement of parts needed to actually fix the issue. I issued a complaint, to which I received no response and have taken my business elsewhere, as it wasn't the cheapest option anyway, it was simply the local.
