I took an expensive Reiss dress in a couple of weeks ago and pointed out a small stain the size of a pea on the front, asking if they could do anything about it.
When I got the item back home there was no stain but instead a noticable, considerably larger water mark where the stain had been. I returned and pointed this out but all I got in return was quite a defensive, unfriendly, unhelpful response. I asked for refund as they had clearly not treated the stain properly, and I didn't want to leave it there for them to ruin it further. This was refused. Needless to say I'll be going to Johnsons next time! - Granville Thwaites Review added: 2018.04.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife was given a promo leaflet by Flair stating "4 garments for only £14". The offer stated that coats, anoraks and evening dresses were excluded. One of the four garments she took was a knee length day dress and the man at the cleaners refused to take it, saying "We don't do dresses". Their price list includes Plain Dresses, Evening Dresses and Wedding Dresses. We do not intend to use this establishment ever again and we would urge others to do the same.
