  had my nails done here and i asked before she started doing my nails how much and she said 20 pounds and then she said do you want pattern and i said yes i want the ones i asked how much and she said 5 pounds extra so i said oh ok thats fine then she asked if i wanted 2 different patters and i said no she said oh thats 5 pounds extra again i told her i didnt want 2 different paterns.. then she said what colour do you want and so i said black and white on the patern and she said ok thats 5 pounds extra for each colour and i said to her look just forget about it and i settled for just purple nails... i think its strange how 20 pounds almost became 40 pound. at the end they ruined my nails anyway and they wouldnt even sort it out... this place is so hectic it took 4 people to do 1 persons job by swapping around.. i know for sure i will never be returning here. its so unorganised and hectic.. the lady who kept saying 5 pounds extra for everything is viatanmese and i think shes called donna.. i didnt dare ask about glitter nail polish as i would have prob need a mortgage on my house to afford it .. i woudnt have cared if they had said the nails i had chosen was 40 pounds at the begining but its a bit of a joke when i had pointed out which ones i want and it kept adding up..
