It only took one session with Ieuan from IC Sports Therapy to bring on vast improvements through stretching and massage. I noticed an immediate difference and Ieuan even provided me with a custom-tailored advice sheet which included exercises and stretches that I could do at home to minimise the nasty side-effects of running that I'd been suffering from. I now have regular appointments with IC Sports Therapy to make sure that my calves stay nice and loose. Whether it's a half hour or an hour long session, the cost is always amazingly reasonable - definitely some of the best value if not THE best value prices that I've seen in the local area. 100% recommend IC Sports Therapy to anyone!
