- W S Review added: 2018.02.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dear six leeds, I am taking my opportunity here to ask for the last time about my pay you have been illegally withholding for over three months.
Since you have been ignoring my emails and letters, as well as official letters from ACAS, I would like to inform you here that I contacted authorities as well as ACAS that provided me with a certificate showing you've been withholding my salary and avoiding contact.
If you mention the supposed "internal investigation" here - I have proof that you did not abide by any rule regarding official internal investigation, I have not been even informed about it in any way, nor have I (or has my lawyer) been informed of your proceedings. Also, none of my supervisors at the time even knew about the supposed investigation.
Lastly, I am taking this opportunity to let you know that the employment tribunal in Leeds has been informed and provided with necessary documentation. If you fail to send over my last pay, which was due on the 1st of January, within the next few days, this will be pursued further.
