- Ann Dicken Review added: 2018.11.19★ ★ ★ ★ ★I spoke to Tom from Victorian Bathrooms over a year ago, I was looking for a gold pipe for my loo and couldn't find one. Tom emailed me photos of one he could get, he was extremely helpful. As with many home jobs it has taken me over a year to get started and I couldn't find the original email so I rang Tom and he added the pipe to their website to make it easy for me to order along with the shower, taps and other bathroom accessories. The delivery arrived two days later and on checking everything over we found that the shower had a small dent in it. I again rang Tom and he organised to have a replacement sent and to collect the damaged one. In a day and age when good customer service is hard to find I am pleased to say that this company ticks all the boxes. I had originally rang another company (who top the Google search) who had no interest in trying to find an item that wasn't already listed on their website.
