The order was late and when it arrived we realised half of it was wrong and some was missing despite having online proof of what we ordered. When I rang to explain that the order was wrong the man atthe end of the phone was rude and just kept saying “I don’t know” but we eventually got told they would sort it. The guy who brought us the correct order was brilliant and apologetic which we really appreciated just a shame that the order was mixed up and the guy we spoke to was so unhelpful
